I.B.Tauris Studies in Prophecy, the Apocalypse and Millennialism available now.

November 15, 2017 - May 31, 2018

I.B.Tauris Studies in Prophecy, the Apocalypse and Millennialism is a monograph series which explores the history of radical religion and prophetic revelation within and at the margins of the Christian tradition. A major, though not exclusive focus, will be on the Southcottian prophetic legacy whose story is told in the Panacea Museum in Bedford, England. Engaging with the beliefs of Joanna Southcott herself, and of her followers, the series addresses subjects like the Jezreelites, John Wroe, merchant and mystic George Turner and the Panacea Society, as well as many other facets to the tradition of early modern and modern prophecy in the English-speaking world. The series is published in association with the Panacea Charitable Trust. Click here to visit I.B. Tauris.
